This page describes, as accurately as possible, how this application actually handles the files and text you give it. It is a template — if you operate this app in production, have it reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it.
Client-side tools
Many PDF, image, and developer/utility tools process your files entirely inside your browser. Those files are never transmitted to any server operated by this application.
Server-processed tools
Video, audio, and OCR tools require server-side processing. When you use one of these tools, your file is uploaded, processed in an isolated temporary directory, and that directory is deleted immediately after the job completes or fails. Uploaded media is not stored, logged, or retained beyond that.
AI tools
AI tools send the text you enter, along with instructions describing the task, to the enabled third-party provider you select. The available provider is shown before you submit. Review that provider's privacy policy for its handling of submitted text and generated responses.
Accounts and billing
If accounts are enabled, the application stores your name, email, sign-in details, plan, and tool-usage events in its database. Anonymous metered usage may be associated with the request's network address. Resend handles transactional email, Stripe handles payment details and invoices, and a configured object store holds avatars you choose to upload. NEA Toolkit does not receive your full card number.
Analytics & cookies
This application does not include analytics or advertising scripts by default. Essential session cookies are used when you sign in. If the operator of a deployment adds other tracking, they are responsible for disclosing it here.
